Each year we reach out to leading chefs in the state and ask them to feature pastured poultry on their menu in celebration of Pastured Poultry Week. During the event week we ask chefs to support local pastured poultry farmers and help us spread the word through their restaurants about the virtues of pastured poultry – its superior taste, the natural life of the birds and the positive impact on the environment and our health.

At the end of the event, we ask that you provide to Southeastern Sustainable Livestock Coalition the total number of pasture raised birds ordered for the week.
